A Different Approach to Online Learning

BOHS offers students flexibility combined with meaningful teacher support. With the option to work on courses from home or in our building, students can work independently and find the support and direction they need to excel in their learning. There are also many facets of BOHS, including entirely online, dual enrollment, summer programs, and a partnership with Williamsburg Learning.

Teachers Supporting Students

At Bonneville Online High School, we prioritize student success through unwavering teacher support on their online learning journey. Our dedicated educators go above and beyond, offering a range of resources, including regular office hours, Google Meets, and timely email correspondence to ensure every student feels heard and supported. We've designed three specialized labs, including a focused math lab, to provide students a conducive environment for productive learning. Whether seeking clarification, discussing coursework, or receiving specific and directed feedback, our teachers guide students toward their academic goals. With tailored support and a nurturing environment, Bonneville Online High School is dedicated to empowering students on their path to success.

BOHS Student Activities

We went on our first industry tour in IF! It was a great day for our students and we look forward to doing this again.

Our first stop was the College of Easter Idaho (CEI) where we saw their programs in legal, medical, IT, welding, and mechanical. We traveled to the Sheriff’s office and learned about a variety of careers there: IT, search and rescue, the dive team, corrections, and law enforcement. We visited the Hydroelectric plant. Students learned about a linemen’s job and we got to see the casing for the turbine.

Our exploration concluded at Vogue Beauty College, showcasing programs in cosmetology, aesthetics, nail technology, and barbering. And, of course, we wrapped up the day with a delicious meal at Chick-fil-A!

Embrace the Climb

What are your Next Steps after high school? At BOHS, we emphasize the significance of obtaining your diploma and realizing your aspirations beyond high school. Each graduating senior will have their name featured on the "Embrace the Climb" whiteboard at the BOHS building. As you determine your next opportunity, we'll record and showcase them on the board and then celebrate the achievement alongside BOHS staff and your family. Check out the recent achievements of BOHS seniors we honored this month!
