Welcome to Bonneville Online High School, where we revolutionize online learning with a unique approach. We are located in Bonneville School District 93 and serve full-time online and dual-enrolled students who attend one of the other three comprehensive high schools in the district. BOHS designs opportunities for student success through an innovative, dynamic, and connected approach to education. Our program offers students flexibility in their learning combined with crucial teacher support. With the option to work on courses from home or in our building, students can work independently and find the support and direction they need to excel in high school.
What sets BOHS apart is our dedicated educators who work closely with students, guiding them on their online learning journey. Additionally, our dual enrollment classes allow in-district students to advance their education or create flexible schedules.
For students participating in the Idaho Advanced Opportunities Program, BOHS offers a diverse selection of college-level courses and overload high school classes.

BOHS Teachers are available for you to ask questions and get help in various ways. It’s all about finding the best method for you and your schedule!
Teachers will respond to your emails within 24 hours during the week, often faster. This is a good first contact to reach out to and let them know you’d like to chat or arrange an appointment for tutoring! Make sure your communication includes your full name, the class you're in, and what you need help with to help your teacher know what you need.
Teachers who are based out of BOHS are in the office to work, have meetings, join up with their PLCs, and be available to students who prefer in-person help. Take a look at the Teacher Office Hours calendar to see when your teacher is in the building, and reach out to schedule a time to come in! Checking first will make sure your teacher isn’t already in a meeting or working with another student, allowing your teacher to set aside time specifically for you. (For teachers who are not based at BOHS, please work with them directly to see when they have time in their work schedule to meet with you.)
Many teachers have hours set aside for students to join them for a quick tutoring session. Use the Help Desk calendar your teacher sends out (often in email or course Updates) to pick a time that works best for you and make an appointment. When it’s time, log in to the Google Meet attached to your appointment and connect with your teacher!
If you can’t come into the building or find a Help Desk slot that works for you, your teacher can arrange a Google Meet with you as a way to connect at a time that works for both of your schedules. We can share screens, work together on a virtual whiteboard, and talk through the concept or assignment that you don’t understand. When this happens, you will get an email from your teacher inviting you to join them at a specific time. Use the link there to meet virtually and get all your questions answered!
